We have a full time staff at our warehouse that checks each piece of gear when it returns, as well as cleaning and servicing all our equipment. Our staff is factory trained to operate and service all our equipment. In the event of a problem we have a large inventory of equipment and parts, as well as a 24/7 support staff to repair or replace the issue in a timely manner.
